1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using https://stratalis.ai/
or any products, services, or applications offered by Stratalis AI, LLC
(“Stratalis,” “we,” “our,” or “us”),
you (“you,” “your,” or “User”) agree to be bound by these
Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Services.
2. Services & Scope
Stratalis provides AI-consulting, software-as-a-service (SaaS) platforms, and related professional
services (collectively, the “Services”). Specific features, functionality, and
service-level commitments may be set forth in separate statements of work, order forms, or
master service agreements (each, an “Order”). In the event of conflict,
the Order controls.
3. Eligibility & Account Registration
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of forming a binding contract.

To access certain Services you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate,
current information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your
credentials and all activities under your account.
4. Fees & Payment

Pricing. Fees for paid Services are described in the applicable Order.
Unless otherwise stated, prices are in U.S. dollars and exclusive of taxes.

Billing. You authorize us (or our payment processor, e.g., Stripe)
to charge your designated payment method on the schedule stated in the Order.
Late payments may accrue interest at 1.5 % per month (or the maximum rate
permitted by law) plus reasonable collection costs.

Taxes. You are responsible for all sales, use, VAT, GST, or similar taxes
except those based on our net income.
5. AI Content & Usage Disclaimer
Our Services may generate text, code, data transformations, or other content via
large-language-model (LLM) technology (“AI Output”). AI Output is provided “as is”
for informational purposes. You are solely responsible for verifying its accuracy,
completeness, and suitability for your specific use case before relying on or publishing it.
Stratalis disclaims all liability arising from your use of AI Output.
6. Intellectual Property

Our IP. The Site, Services, and all related software, documentation,
and proprietary content are owned by Stratalis or its licensors and are protected by
U.S. and international intellectual-property laws.

Your Content. You retain any rights you have in data or materials you
provide (“Customer Content”). You grant Stratalis a worldwide,
non-exclusive license to use Customer Content solely to provide the Services and
as otherwise permitted in our Privacy Policy.

Feedback. Suggestions or feedback you provide are voluntary; we may
use them without restriction or compensation to you.
7. User Responsibilities
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials and API keys.
- Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Obtain all rights, consents, and permissions necessary to provide
Customer Content and to allow its processing under these Terms.
